Top choice for Busan

This hotel is well located right on top of the subway station. The room is comfortable, clean spacious and views are excellent. Wifi is fast. It is also situating on top of restaurants and centrally located near many shopping malls and restaurants. We can go to all the tourist spots and beaches using subways or buses. The service is also top notch. Highly recommend this place for its convenience and value

별롭니다…

진짜 별로 입니다. 출장 때문에 이곳저곳 많이 가봤지만 가족끼리 간다고 후기좋은곳을 찾다 갔는데 청소도 제대로 안되어서 먼지가 수북하고 소파는 패브릭인데 오염 묻은게 그대로 입니다. 저도 흡연자 지만 안에 처음 들어가는 순간 금연객실이란 말이 무색하게 담배찌든 냄새 장난 아니였습니다. 최악은 특히 엘리베이터 한번 타는데 엄청 오래 걸립니다ㅠㅠ 가족과함께 하는 여행이었는데 안타까운 시간이 되었습니다….

호텔의 청결도와 프론트의 대응은 친절하고 좋았습니다 다만 엘리베이터 대기시간이 너무 길어서 엘베앞에서만 1시간을 기다려서 체크아웃을 했네요 체크아웃할때 엘베안에서 많은 투숙객들이 다시는 이 호텔을 이용하지 않는다는 항의가 많았습니다 엘리베이터의 개선이 시급합니다~
