Great spot to stay and inexpensive! We had a decent size mini apartment basically! Booking with w residence was better then booking through other companies in the building as we got daily water and cleaning twice for our 11 day stay. We also had a washer which was a great addition. Elevators can take awhile but that's to be expected when so many floors. Not much Interaction with staff.

This hotel is in a great location and our room was very comfortable. Finding the check in desk was very difficult. The building houses a movie theater, multiple shops and restaurants and two hotels. It took us quite some time to find where to check in. Other than that issue, the rest of our stay was very pleasant!

Top choice for Busan

This hotel is well located right on top of the subway station. The room is comfortable, clean spacious and views are excellent. Wifi is fast. It is also situating on top of restaurants and centrally located near many shopping malls and restaurants. We can go to all the tourist spots and beaches using subways or buses. The service is also top notch. Highly recommend this place for its convenience and value

Perfekte Lage an der Haeundae Station. Zum Strand etwa 10 Minuten. Alles war sehr gut. Die Rezeption ist nicht leicht zu finden, da an dem Gebรคude nur Residence Hotel steht, also ohne W. Man muss im Einkaufszentrum mit dem Kino mit dem Fahrstuhl nach 6F fahren, um zur Rezeption zu gelangen.
