All the reception staff members I met were nice and polite. The shower was broken in the room so I had to call the reception at night when I noticed it while trying to take a shower as it couldn't be set as a shower but just as a tap. They sent us an engineer but he couldn't fix it and said they were going to have to replace the whole unit the next morning. He told us we have to wait until the morning, so I said that's not fine as we had to check out the next morning. He tried once again after I said I will have to go to speak to the receptionist to change the room due to this issue. He somehow managed to put the shower on for some amount but it was not fully fixed. I said ok as it was already late at night. The bathroom facility might be old. The room and public area of the hotel were clean. The location was amazing to go to the night market nearby or fish market and other sites. Overall was a good stay but less stars due to shower issue we had to deal with.

Very small, not for over 1 day stay.

Rooms are very very small, no place for clothes, I guess its more for day trips but not for us because we stayed 4 days. So very uncomfortable. Very good location, breakfast was decent. Air condition loud and blew right on you so when on, very cold. When going to Busan again, would definetly try different locations to compare. Tried to get different and offer to pay for upgrade, but said all were the same size.

Great friendly and helpfull staff. Small rooms and metal doors make alot of noise when closing. One night kids were opening and closing doors and running down the hallway til midnight and slamming metal doors. No way to sleep without ear plugs. Breakfeast was very good, rooms were very clean.

Convenient location and wonderful staff.

This hotel is easily accessible by Metro and buses. Bus station is right in front and subway is a few minutes walk away. It's clean with friendly and helpful staff. Room is decent sized, good lighting, bed linen fresh and crisp. Bathroom is clean and towels spotless. Although on a main avenue, the room is quiet. Our room faced the street so the view to all the activities was wonderful. Breakfast area is small but comfortable and clean, with a decent variety of Korean and western items. Very good yogurt and make your own bibimbap. 2 bottles of water provided daily. The hotel is across from the Busan Int'l Film Festival plaza with lots of street food and restaurants. Behind is the Jagalchi Fish Market where one can have fresh fish cooked on the second floor. I recommend Jacky's Seafood...wonderful food and friendly and helpful staff. There are other seafood restaurants around the area where they cook fresh fish. All around the area are shops and stalls for shopping and the Lotte mall is a 10 minute stroll away. Suggestion for the hotel: Hooks or racks to hang towels closer while using the shower would be quite helpful. So would hooks in the closet to hang jackets. Would definitely stay here again because of its convenient location, cleanliness, comfort and friendly staff.

Very walkable to all of the sites in Busan. Slightly older building but everything was clean and tidy. The shower leaked a bit due to a design flaw but other than that, we had a wonderful stay!
