All of the staff were kind and helpful. At check in, they offered a map that included some food recommendations! We ate at a couple of restaurants on the list and they were all delicious! The room itself was very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was amazing. It’s a quick walk from Jagalchi market and BIFF square. If I were to come back to Busan, I would most definitely stay at this hotel! 10/10 recommend!

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this 3-star hotel, but it was nice. It was clean, fairly spacious (single, queen room), and it is absolutely close to attractions such as Jagalchi Market and Gukje Market. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The area immediately surrounding the hotel looks a bit sketchy though. It’s not like the bright, bustling markets nearby. It’s…quaint.

For a first timer visiting Busan, the hotel is right in the middle of the old town centre and surrounded by markets, both touristy (Jagalchi) and several local market. There is also a lively night market scene, which the hotel is a block away from (so not noisy). Food choices are many and varied, and an easy walk to Lotte Dept store if that's what you want. The spa was decent, although you need to bring your own toiletries, and it was the first time I've experienced a salt water hot bath. The hotel is not really a place to lounge around in, as there are no facilities such as restaurant of cafe on-site, but there are plenty around. It's also some distance from Haeundae beach, so might be an idea to stay closer to that area if you are visiting attractions there, as it's at least 40 minutes by taxi in non-busy times.

Highly recommend this hotel! It was lunar New Year, and the hotel owner worked the lobby and parking garage so he can give his staff the holiday off. He was very accommodating and helped us do an early check in. The rooms are gorgeous and sparkling clean with a deep soaking tub perfect for relaxation! It is walking distance from Jagalchi, BIFF, Gukje/Bupyeong market, and the Fashion district. Thank you for our amazing stay! I will definitely stay here again.
