Stayed at NewCZ Haeundae for a couple of nights during my trip to Busan, and it was honestly a great choice. The room was super clean and looked just like the photos—modern, simple, and cozy. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Just a short walk to Haeundae Beach, and there are lots of cafes, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. I didn’t have to worry about anything. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated how quiet it was at night. Check-in was smooth and contactless, which I liked. One thing I also noticed was how responsive and kind the staff were through KakaoTalk. Definitely would stay again if I come back to Busan. Solid place for both solo travelers and couples.

We couldn't check in online, so it took a few minutes finding out that we needed to go to the 3rd floor for check in. Better instructions at the entrance of the building would have helped. Once we figured things out it was easy and fast. The staff we very friendly and helpful, I'm thinking of coming back next year, very pleased.

Beautiful residence hotel in Busan. We loved the views and the comfort of the accommodation. There is a pool in the pictures for the room, but costs $30 per person (adult) to use. Would still stay here again as it is a good value, but I wish we had known access to the pool was not included as I had some disapppinted kids.

No staff members are available during their supposed business hours. You will need to call a Korean number to check in or ask for service, and the sign is only in Korean. You would not be able to find anyone to help after 10 pm. It’s not a hotel and is more like a service apartment. No daily trash service or you can pay to empty the daily trash. No extra towel, blankets and pillows or you will be charged for more than two people. Family deluxe room on website can sleep for four people but only has one double bed and has a thin single futon mattress that can be used to sleep on the floor. There is no sofa that you can sit. No amenities are available unless you pay.

Love this place!

Besides a little language barrier in terms of appliances and how to work the condo, everything was perfect! Great location, easy walking distance to the beach and the night markets. We really enjoyed our stay here! This was one of our favorite stays in this trip! We had room to have our space and just come together for dinner and movie at the end of the night. It was very comfortable, with all the new technology on the house.

Not a good place to stay for business or vacation

Place is ok but communication is not good for the price we at least expect water to be served but nothing. No breakfast either. Ok top of that you need to sign a waiver for belongings which is stupid because they can access the unit anytime and how we are responsible here in this case I don’t get it. Anyway, one advise for hotel team is Make sure to keep clear communication with customers about the pool access as it is advertised as it belongs to hotel but it’s not its an additional payment. Rooms are smalls and no towels either. Don’t know how I booked at first place.

Okay for the price, but overall there is some false advertising. Washing machine shown in the pics is not usable, so it is misleading. Building amenities like the pool are not free. Toiletries are not the same brand shown on the labels. They only provide 1 extra toilet paper per day.

The hotel apartments are new, modern and very clean. There is a 25000 won charge to using the spa and pool. My only suggestion would be to add more amenities to the apartments as they are currently quite empty, for example there is no washing machine and not even coffee cups.

This is not really a hotel, which is fine if you are aware of that. It is a brand new residential building. Like...so new that the other doors in the hallway were still covered in cardboard. It is very clean and well located but seems to be still working on setting up. Our daily towels never arrived, no daily trash pick up, and there are extra charges for things like more than one pillow per person. Its a fine option if you understand what you are booking. Very spacious.

Think before you book this hotel

This hotel is very disappointing. I booked this hotel mainly because the location is very convenient (which it is to be honest) and it has a washing machine shown in the photos. However, we were told that the machine was not for use. The machine was not connected at all. I just don’t get why they put those photos with the washing machine on the website to mislead people. Another disappointing thing is that there is no service at all. We stayed for 3 nights. No house keeping, and we even have to dump garbage and wash dishes ourselves. Anyways, I will not recommend this hotel to my friends. Think before you book this hotel.
