The location can’t be beat! You’re connected to the Lotte Department Store so you have easy access to shopping and all the great food options. There are also inexpensive restaurants, bars, and cafes that surround the hotel if you don’t want to pay hotel prices. Staff were extremely friendly and always willing to assist. Prime example of Korean hospitality.

I have stayed here for the past few years every January for 2 weeks because it is a great facility with great service. The rooms are well-maintained. Staying here used to be a super bargain given how they did not charge for use of the gym and sauna, which changed this year (and totally reasonble). If the room rate is reasonable (given the time of year), then this is a great choice

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment our taxi pulled up to the lobby, the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel at home. Check in was fast and easy, the elevators are fast and plentiful, and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. Also the location is perfect for exploring Seomyeon or taking the subway to other parts of the city. We stayed four nights but wish it had been longer. A true five star experience.
