Lotte Hotel was a safe bet when booking due to facilities around in Saemyeon. The complex though is dated, room was not clean. Power kept shorting in our room only. Drain in shower didn’t drain. Fitness centre was great and also central for day tours from the relevant meeting points. Safe and ok for budget hotel.

Welcoming staff, easy to communicate with them in english. Relaxing ambiance in the lobby. Room is great, clean and comfy bed. The area is connected to lotte mall, it is a plus factor for tourist like us who loves shopping. Variety of food cuisine to choose from, branded and designers products are all available in lotte mall. Easy check in and out. Money exchange is also availble thru machine in the lobby. Overall we enjoy our stay and will definitely comeback again if given the chance.

This hotel made us the highlight of our Busan stay. We were treated like royalty every time we entered the hotel; the staffs were very kind to help in anyway they can. We want to thank especially Oscar Park, and his manager. Oscar went above and beyond and to make sure our stay was comfortable, with excellent recommendations to dining around the area. The weather was hot when we visited Korea. It was so nice that the hotel is attached to a huge shopping palace and duty free, we were having such a great time without feeling bored. The room is also very comfortable. Living in high end hotels many times, I have never been impressed with their amenities that I would abandon mine to use theirs. Lotte amenities are luxurious and I have been using theirs throughout this journey. Showers pressures are excellent, and additional details like soft close bathroom doors and underbed lightings really makes the hotel a great place to stay. Our family are very impressed with this hotel and there is no doubt we will book this hotel again when we visit Busan in the future. And thanks! Oscar!

Feels like a large hotel (as it is). Good location with plenty of shopping/dining within a few minutes’ walk. Clean, good sized rooms. The location can’t be beat! You’re connected to the Lotte Department Store so you have easy access to shopping and all the great food options. There are also inexpensive restaurants, bars, and cafes that surround the hotel if you don’t want to pay hotel prices. Staff were extremely friendly and always willing to assist. Prime example of Korean hospitality.

I have stayed here for the past few years every January for 2 weeks because it is a great facility with great service. The rooms are well-maintained. Staying here used to be a super bargain given how they did not charge for use of the gym and sauna, which changed this year (and totally reasonble). If the room rate is reasonable (given the time of year), then this is a great choice

The hotel was truly stunning and the staff work tirelessly to make everything perfect. Great location with super easy pickup area. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
