The AC unit in my room was running really poorly. Other than that, the room was pretty clean and the location is great for shopping/eating around and 10 minutes to the nearest subway station.

The older lady who checked us in was so nice. She was like a grandma. There was a confusion about our reservation. In the end she gave us keys to the available rooms and we picked from there. The room had insufficient lighting. But it was spacious and comfortable. In the morning before checkout, everything shut off. I had to talk to housekeeping to turn everything back on. They were kicking us out earlier. And 30 minutes before checkout an older man called on the phone and screamed checkout! I mean why bother stating a checkout time if you’re going to kick out guests earlier anyway?

This property was good. The check in was difficult for the person didn’t speak English but she was friendly. The room was nice only thing it was full of mosquitos due to a broken window screen. No amenities and dark.

The male staff at night shift is so rude every time I asked for assistance. - Electrical outlets are not working. No one fix the issue. I have to bring the electric kettle at the lobby for me to be able to use it and boil water. I have to use an outlet in the lobby which is I have to set it on the floor and not on a table. - The toilet clogged and I have to use the plunger myself. Until I asked for more assistance, he grabbed a different tool to fix the problem. - The male staff got mad for having garbage inside their trash can in the room. I think that’s the purpose of a teach can is to place your garbage inside. I will never recommend not book at this hotel anymore. I will make sure that this kind of customer service will be heard by the entire world.

THE STAFF, LOCATION AND CONDITION WERE EXCELLENT. FREE FLOW OF COFFEE AND MINERAL WATER 24 HOURS. ALTHOUGH BREAKFAST WAS SIMPLE AND COMMUNICATION A PROBLEM, FULLY RECOMMENDED. EVERYTHING YOU NEED AS A TOURIST IS WITHIN REACH. NAMPODONG IS THE AREA TO STAY.

The hotel is excellent but the location, at the top of a hill, means a bit of a trek to reach the main areas of interest near sea level. At least there is a escalator for coming back up the hill.

Nice hotel in a convenient location!

Hotel is clean and good and very conveniently located in downtown. We have accidentally left our staff in the lobby without realizing it, and the hotel staff were really nice to have kept it for us! The only cons are that the hotel is located on a steep slope and windows are tinted even in the deluxe room - not too sure if this is due to the low floor or most rooms have their windows tinted as well. Slight disappointment that it is not as bright as the pictures, but otherwise all factors of the hotel are good.

I would suggest not to look at the image when you book the room. I booked the VIP which was one of the highier price room, the one with sky view and very big space around the toilet shown on the apps when i book for it, but then when check in we were given something very much different from what we saw on the apps. We ask the reception they say pictures are not the same but what room given was what we had pay for. Seriously? We already paid for highier price for our room and we really dont mind paying for a little more for what we wanted on the image we saw on the apps when we booked. But now after paying more but not getting what we wanted is disappointment, we should had just pay normal for the simple room cos we dont see much different as getting a room whitout skyview, then why pay more right? One suggestion use the closest image for each room type you offer, so not to dispointed and mislead customer. Other then this, i would say the overall experience with the hotel were good.

Great central location. Breakfast in another facility, but good value for money . Rooms large and good facilities. Fridge filled daily with bottles of water and orange juice. Hair products available, even hair straighteners.

Descent hotel but careless room cleaning

We went for a couple getaway vacation, and in general, the stay was considerably satisfying. The day time staff speaks some English, well enough for communications at least, but the night time staff was absolutely impossible to communicate with as they only speak Korean. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check in immediately and even got an upgrade from Double VIP to Twin VIP, the room was pretty cozy but the bed was a bit stiff and the bath tub was a bit small. The rooms were sound proof but not the front doors, better to close the inner door as well if you'd like to contain your privacy and not let people in the corridors know what you are doing. There were room cleaning services everyday, and on my third night, I returned to find my top (placed in my luggage) sprayed with some unknown chemicals and bleached with white spots on the surface. I complained to the reception the next morning and got compensation, my top was about USD 55 but the reception took a low exchange rate and only compensated USD 45 in Korean Won. Apart from this, the hotel was not bad, quiet rooms and heated floors with lots of mirrors and systematic lighting decoration, pretty romantic if you're after a kinky atmosphere. There were computers in the room but Windows' in Korean so they're not that useful, the Wifi was strong so it was a bit deal and we just used our smart phones. However there was only one available socket in the room and we had to charge our devices one by one.

Clean, large room.

Hostess (manager or owner) was extremely accommodating, happy and friendly each time we saw her (she apologized for her English, but we understood her just fine). Very clean and well appointed rooms.

Quiet getaway

The hotel is located in a quiet area but super close to Lotte department and shopping hub as well as Busan tower. The hotel owner is very friendly and thoughtful. She had upgraded my room to the top floor and the room got a decent view. She will try her best to make sure you have a pleasant stay. However, the bed is a bit too hard.

Modern Hotel in the Middle of Everything

Beautiful hotel with modern-style rooms. Staff was very helpful, and spoke some English. Any language barrier was easily overcome with the use of smartphones. Booked the "VIP Room" for a very reasonable price. Room was very impressive and spacious with unique styling and included a deep tub large enough for several people.

Right by Busan Tower. Close to the tube station. Friendly staff. We also stayed in Lotte Hotel which is supposed to be a much better hotel but we prepared Aria.

Very nice hotel

Everything is good for the rate. They provided everything & more than big hotel I stayed before. Room is big & I like the big bathtub & hair styler, they even provide skincare & hair gel. Nampodong shopping street, Jagalchi fish market & Lotte department store is just walking distance. The only bad thing is owner doesn't know to speak English & the mattress is very hard, can't have good zzzZzZZz.

great but not wonderful~

its much more better than we thought. its totally not like the "motel" we thought and looks like a hotel. Aria is great, the owner and staff are nice, reasonable price, big room, big tv, king size bed (i'm find but my husband said its too hard), big bathtub (but have few hairs left and i have to clean up by myself). and its very close to Nampo, just few minutes walk. if they can improve the cleanness of the room, certainly i will give them a full mark.

Waste of money - Stay away!

The hotel is absolutely not worth the money paid. The photos online do not match the room I was given. I tried to ask the staff about it but they made some lame excuse about taking photos of whichever room was available at the time. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy but there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants.
