TERRIBLE HOTEL

Terrible hotel. The pictures misrepresent the hotel. The rooms are tiny and have a computer area and a TV, which made no sense. I had no place to open my suitcase, the AC did not work so we had to leave the window open but it was incredibly loud outside. The staff did not speak any English. I tried getting a refund after 10 minutes of being in the room and they said no. We ended up booking a different hotel the next day even though we paid for two hotels. In addition when we tried to ask for full sized towels they said in Korea they only had small towels but at the 3 other hotels we stayed at they had full sized towels, not just face towels.
