Unfortunately, this property needs attention and remodeling. The shuttle service to the hotel took longer than 20 mins to come leaving me standing out in the heat. I ended up getting picked up by my friend. The lobby men’s bathroom was out of order. The pool was closed not clear as to why. The hallways smelled like someone had smoked.
The room on first glance was ok, but we soon tripped over the lumps in the floor. The wood sliding door to the bathroom requires two hands and strength to move to close and open. Then after closing it I got locked in cuz the locking mechanism got stuck, so we could not close the door all the way. The toilet did not flush properly so had to hold it down longer. None of the room phones worked neither did the clock. They only put one towel set in the room that has a double bed room. When I called from my cell phone for more towels the lady at the front desk told me that there were no towels in the hole hotel. When I asked if she was joking she rudely hung up on me. Later the towels were kindly delivered by Brian.
This was not a great experience at all, and my parents were staying with me. The manager Bri gave me a 20% discount but I feel that more needed to be done.
