The hallway had no air conditioner. If I did t know better, I’d say they had the heat on. It was unnaturally hot. Also, in the room, one of the air conditioners was good. The second one took forever to cool even a little.

I recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, and the whole hotel was well-maintained. The staff at the breakfast area were extremely kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. We had a car, the location made it easy to get around. Everything was nearby and easy to visit. The hotel is also very well connected, with several bus stops close by. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel and friendly staff . I would have given 5 but there was an issue with one of the windows and it could not close so room was warm despite AC . Overall good experience and location is really good . Hotel is updated and breakfast is ok - limited - Parking is limited . I was able to park my car in front of hotel . Wi-Fi is strong and helpful .

We won't recommend anyone staying here with so much noise. We traveled to Bursa first time and booked with expedia in hopes to get a good deal. Disappointing to say the least Very less light in rooms and unclean towels. Sad to see really poorly offered breakfast. We ate the breakfast once and both of us got sick. Young staff associate Irfan was nice though. Please help us get our purchase costs back.

Ailecek gönül rahatlı ile kaldık. Tertemiz odalar, yeni ve bakımlı ekipmanlar ile rahatça kaldık. Fiyat performans olarak gayet güzeldi. Yorumlara bakıp kahvaltı konusunda beklentiye girmiştik ama vasat idi. Kahvaltıya ek ürünler alınabildiği için o da problem olmadı.
