Welcome to our large, 1st floor apartment close to downtown Burlington VT and the Lake Champlain waterfront. Walking distance to everything that Burlington has to offer.

We live on a residential street in the North End. Walking distance to bars, shops, and restaurants.

There are 2 parking spaces located in the rear of the house. This apartment is a 10 minute walk to Church Street, 5 minute walk to Battery Street Park, and close to the waterfront/bike path.

Our family of 6 enjoys renting out the space we called home for the past 3 years. Please enjoy your stay and let us know if there is any way we can improve it.

What a great place! Close to Church Street but far enough to enjoy quiet evenings. The home is spacious and well appointed. Our favorite surprise feature was the record player with a fun selection of records. The rental agent provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Would rent again when in the area.

The house was quiet and clean. There is no master bedroom with a connected bathroom. This was fine for us since it was just one night. Check in/out was super easy. The teenagers loved the record selection!

Family Trip

We stayed here as a family. My kids loved it. There were board games to play and the house was nice. Parking was available on site, and we could walk to church street.The only downside of the location was that there were people smoking weed on the street almost anytime we walked anywhere, so it smelled pretty bad when we would walk places. I doubt this would be too different anywhere else in the city, but worth mentioning if you are visiting Burlingwith kids.

Perfect for our group and we immediately felt right at home! Very clean and modern house and very conveniently located! Everything about the house was easy- parking, check in, instructions, and walking around to nearby places. You can hear street traffic but I think that’s pretty much expected of houses in this area. Initially picked the property because we wanted someplace walkable. End up renting a car but the location still worked out. Comfortable and well maintained. Five adults. The full bath and half bath worked well for our party. We all had an enjoyable stay. Would stay here again the next time we're in the area. Thank you!

Great location and well stocked for a short stay

My family from West Virginia (husband, 8yo son, 77 yo mother, and 65 yo aunt) stayed here for 3 nights the first week in October. The location is convenient to the Waterfront and Church Street Marketplace. Walking distance to just about anything you might need. The house was very well stocked...kitchen with all cooking supplies plus keurig and coffee pods. The bathroom had full size Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Private off street parking was a major plus for us! Communication was excellent throughout the stay. Would definitely book again!

Good group lodging

This was a good family place to stay for dropping our daughter off a UVM. It is close walking distance to The Mall and the waterfront. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bedrooms, and laundry facility.
