Come prepared

Property is very nice, really close to downtown Burlington, which is a lovely little hamlet. Luckily we had shower soap and, shampoo and conditioner, as none was supplied. Laundry soap showed up after dark on the second day, but too late as we had gone out and purchased usually suppied items already. Owner did mention he was having issues with management, it was obvious. They were supposed to return with bar soap, air filter and a repaired door video, but never happened through our 4 day stay. 3 outside trash cans were nearly full when we arrived, they had been there awhile and smell was pretty strong.
