The hotel is not taken care of AT ALL. We were told there was only one housekeeper and she called in almost every other day so our room was never serviced in a 7 day stay. The water stained towels orange - getting new towels proved difficult. Carpet was stained. Only certain rooms had refrigerators- we had to be moved 3 times due to subpar conditions. We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool - the pool was closed due to broken pump. The hotel was just run down and dirty. However, the staff was great. They were kind and clearly overworked. Owners need to invest in this hotel!!!

They did not have a clean room, and had no laundry staff, was given sheets to put on bed myself that had stains on them. When I first got there they said I must have wasted my money because they didn’t have an available room, even though I had it reserved, and had paid upfront.

The lobby was very nice and you could tell it had been redone. Our room itself was very nice and the bed was comfortable. But, the hotel is showing its age in other areas. Dirty carpet and tile, scuffed walls. Our bathroom had no towels, looked very outdated, had a tile that had fallen off the wall and the toilet paper holder was broken. For what we paid for it, it was acceptable. A clean room with a comfortable bed, but definitely needs some updating.
