great area, easy walk to restaurants The checking front staff could use more training. Left in the middle of check in to help another guest find a luggage carrier. Did not acknowledge the face this was horrible customer service when I questioned them. Every thing else was great. Clean. Cafe downstairs super efficient and friendly staff there.

I liked it although our original room was not ready for us , we checked in when up stairs and come to find out the room was not cleaned , called front desk and the issue was quickly solved and we where given a fresh and new room so I appreciate that .
