The food was all fresh, both breakfasts and dinner. I felt very safe in the hotel and town. The staff was amazing and very accomodating. Alish, Rose and everyone else was great.

I stayed here in December for a week and a half while in town on business. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean (and warm!) - the restaurant served breakfast and dinner, which was so convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating. A great stay. I'll be returning to Kyle in January for another week or two, with every intention of staying there again.

I stay in hotels 3, 4 nights a week and found the bed to be extremely hard and the pillows were flat. The tv reception was not all that great and non existent in the morning to catch up on news Food was ok for what I'd ordered The main issue was the noise up til midnight or so. I called the after hours number and the bloke said that it was work on the railway and has been going on a few nights - this should've been communicated upon booking in

Room was warm on arrival. Nice. Though hotel.com said pay at property and they tried to take money but there wasno money in that particular travel account as I thought I was paying on arrival. Excellent breakfast. Food hot. Staff friendly. Bar evening food not great! Ok though

The room was nice and large. Once the heating was switched on, it warmed up well. Breakfast was fine and the bar had very good value beer. The person in the room next door must have had a few as they were quite loud late at night and early in the morning but the hotel isn't to blame for those types of people! I was there for work and location was ideal.

From check in to check out we had the best experience. The staff were polite and helpful, our room was spotlessly clean cosy and even have a jacuzzi bath. The evening meal was delicious and the servers were helpful and polite. At breakfast we found it to be the same and in all honesty we couldnt find fault in our stay. We will definitely be back in the new year.

Good location close to train station, staff ever so friendly. Food choice & beers in the bar were really good not too expensive either. Room was clean & tidy, shower was great & tea/coffee in room was a bonus. Only downside was noise from other guests as walls are a little thin but that's all Overall very good, I'd stay again !!

Beds are like sleeping on a rock!!

Beds were terrible, hard as a rock. Pilllows were pathetic so thin like not even having a pillow. You could hear everything!!! People in their rooms coughing and people up and down hallway. Only good thing was breakfast.

Im not at all that your gluten free options were actually gluten free. The lack of knowledge from your waiters was really shameful and i the that the kirchen staff are probably the same. I first ordered shoup only to find it was full of pearl barley and the stcky toffee pudd was def not gluten free. Last night i was really ill wen i returned to my room.with symptons that indicate id eaten gluten !
