Do hotels not know it is the winter time! We told the fellow at reception our room was freezing on checking in. He said the room warms up from check in. We were not back in room until bedtime around 11pm and the room was so cold! Informed him again. It was that cold we had to take quilt of the single bed in the room and put it in our bed also. You could not have showered in the morning as no heater in bathroom at all and no blind on window, it was so cold! As we sat in bar downstairs we could also hear other ones saying how cold it was, this is not good enough when paying for a room and it is freezing. Our first time here and probably last. Dishes for breakfast in morning were also noticeably not clean.. couldn’t wait to get home, don’t rate stay here at all,,, very disappointing spending this money for a night away for my husbands birthday. Not nice at all.
