I had a wonderful experience at Suzangaron Hotel. From the moment I checked in, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The hotel has a unique charm, with traditional elements and modern comfort combined perfectly. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staying at the Suzangaron Hotel was one of the most memorable parts of my trip to Bukhara. The moment I arrived, I felt a genuine sense of warmth and hospitality. The building itself is stunning, with traditional Uzbek details, wooden carvings, and a peaceful inner courtyard that feels like an oasis after a day of exploring. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with soft lighting and comfortable furniture that made it easy to relax. The staff deserve special praise — they were always smiling, always ready to help, and truly cared about making my stay enjoyable. They offered great recommendations for restaurants and historical sites, and even helped arrange transportation. The same two people are working on reception and serving the breakfast. When we came at 7:30 PM, we were trying to find anyone for 15 minutes. Very poor furniture in the room, during the night we had outside light in the room, it was not possible to set room temperature..

Needs an improvement.

Service was ractive, zero proactivity. They didn't make the room , they only do it "if you ask for it" (noninformation at arrival). Aircon was unplugged, wifi didn't work properly. Bathroom clearly needs a renovation, specially the shower, with a dirt curtain. Breakfast was basic and had to ask for juice and coffee as machine didn't work. the only positive aspect is tge excellent location.

Lors du départ, personne à l'accueil malgré les appels, nous avons déposé la clé sur le comptoir et partis. Je ne comprends vraiment pas le classement de cet hôtel sur Hotels.com....
