This small new hotel offers clean, spacious and well appointed rooms. It is well located within walking distance of the main attractions and restaurants in the old town. The staff is very welcoming and we were particularly delighted with the manner and assistance of Xonzoda at the reception. The breakfast was also quite good. The location will be improved when the adjacent street is paved.

Crafty. Our rooms were sold to somebody else !!!

Not to be trusted !! This is a new hotel with very immature management. We were a group of 10 people who had booked 6 rooms 2 months in advance. I called them in between to reconfirm my reservation. When We arrived in Bukhara and were told that our booking was cancelled. I showed them our confirmation but they refused to accept it. The manager is hugely arrogant. They left us stranded. We were in Bukhara only for 2 nights and it was peak season. We wasted a whole day looking for other accommodation which we found at a much higher price. No apology from them , no offer to reaccomodate , but instead egoistic words and attitude. Not advisable to stay here.

ホテルのスタッフはとても親切でフレンドリー。WiFiもウズベキスタンでは早い方で、使えました。ホテルの場所がちょっとわかりにくいところにあるのと、朝食が、お客が少ないと、十分にはありません。まだ新たらしいホテルの様で、まだ運営が鳴れていないのかもしれません。でも、値段を考えればお得感はあります。
