Hotel was in a great location, really close to the main old town attractions, restaurants and shops. Staff were lovely and really helpful, and breakfast was great. Rooms were all a good size with big beds, aircon, and private bathrooms. We did use the laundry service but found the clothes didn’t come back super clean (smelt clean but still some marks). The communal courtyard area was a real treat, too!

Staff were excellent - I was ill from a meal elsewhere and the guy at reception couldn't have been more help. Excellent location a mere minute walk away from the main square and pond. Would come again

I loved the location. It was very convenient to walk everywhere that I wanted to go. The room was very comfortable. The staff was fantastic. I want to particularly thank Sadikov for his conversation and hospitality. He helped me with a ride to the train station at 4:30am.

The friendliest and kindest staff! I had a very warm welcome and the following days they made sure I had what I needed and offering me water, te/coffee with snacks. While in Bukhara I had my birthday and the manager had ordered a birthday cake for me - the absolute sweetest!! I have never been treated so good at a hotel. Plus, the hotel location is excellent- walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this hotel.

Todo perfecto. Personal inmejorable con muy buen desayuno. Cómoda estancia en un habitación silenciosa y preciosa decoración en las zonas comunes. Repetiría, porque además está a cuatro pasos (literal) de la plaza más céntrica de Bukhara, pero con un entorno tranquilo y relajado.
