The house is accessed through an impressive hallway, typical of traditional Mallorcan houses.
On the ground floor, there is a cosy living room with a corner sofa and satellite TV.
From the living room, you continue to the rustic and fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, and there is also a spacious dining room.
There is a bathroom on the ground floor and direct access to the beautiful patio from the dining room. Here you will find another dining area and a barbecue for social evenings. Additionally, you can reach the 10-square-metre swimming pool, with sunbeds already prepared for you. Enjoy the spectacular view over the countryside to the Tramuntana Mountains. For families with small children, it is worth mentioning that the pool area can be closed.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds each. There is also another bathroom with shower and bathtub.
