The room was wonderful, the bed was comfortable. The shuttle was extremely helpful. We used it to go to dinner & to go over to Roswell. The staff was amazing & so helpful. Special shout out to Randy.

We liked the location by the hospital, valet parking, hospitality shuttle, clean room, comfortable bed. I would have given a higher rating if greeted with enthusiasm at check in. Front desk did offer food delivery option's later after we revisited the front desk.

Thankful for a night of rest

This property was fantastically convenient with a family member in extended stay at Buffalo General Hospital during a major snowstorm. We were able to walk right across the street (including my disabled mother ) without any issues. The affordable room was clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Hallways were fresh and smelled very nice. Very clean shower with good water pressure and nice toiletries. Friendly attendant at the breakfast, offerings were substantial and delicious: Seattle's best coffee, omelettes, sausage, potatoes, English muffins bagels cereal yogurt pancakes! A lot of choice. All of the staff were kind, polite and helpful. It was great to rest here during a worrisome and stressful time.

The stay was perfect. Hotel staff at the front desk were unbelievable- giving us recommendations where to have dinner, what to see, and all we needed to know before heading to the Bills game. The shuttle that is offered is unlike any shuttle service I have experienced, picking us up and dropping us off anywhere we wanted downtown. I also have to mention that the breakfast in the morning was a nice treat. All necessities were there. We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay and will stay there again. Thank you.

Great stay!

We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. It had so much space, a full kitchen, a living room, and a private bedroom. The best part was the complementary shuttle. It saved us so much time and money compared to uber. The staff is very friendly and gave great food recommendations. In terms of walk ability, it isn’t around restaurants, just the hospitals. However, the shuttle makes that part not an issue.
