Good for Family Get-together Spot

We stayed in a 2-queen, accessible suite. We appreciated the separate tvs for living area and bedroom, the open areas in center of rooms to sllow for wheelchair positioning, the 3 separate thermostats for climate control, and the roll-in shower with bench. The sink and fridge in the kitchenette were useful, but I must point out, FYI, that the kitchenette does NOT include cutlery, soap/sponge, or a hot plate/pans. You can store and microwave leftovers, but not prepare any food fresh here

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, though clean, did show some signs of wear and tear, though not hugely obvious. Room temperature was able to be kept comfortable. Little noisy outside our room early in the morning and onward from some construction happening behind the building. Not the fault of the hotel, just a downside of the location.

Rooms are very spacious, front desk staff very nice and informative, you get a great free breakfast options in the morning hot/cold. I didn’t know you could get door dash delivered to your room, they were very nice about it. So if you do order meet your dasher downstairs. Will book again.

I am a Hilton Honors member and reserved a FALLSVIEW room only to find out that it was a "PARTIAL" FallsView room. True FallsView would have been ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS PER NIGHT additional. Disorganized check-in. Valet parking ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS Canadian! Housekeeping service ONLY for stays of THREE OR MORE NIGHTS. Disorganized breakfast. NEVER AGAIN!
