The room was not cleaned at all during my stay even after requesting many times. I have requested house keeping twice but they didnt care regarding my request. Room was decent. The carpet was a bit stained also they were in the process of changing the hallway carpet. But aside from that the stay was nice and the room was decent. The hot tub could use some kind of tub mat or grippers as it gets pretty slippery when trying to get out.

Room not ready at check in, didn’t get in until 11pm. Woken up at 4am by water leaking from the ceiling. Manager won’t return calls, no refund or anything else offered to compensate, terrible experience and will not be returning.
