Room price was fair. Cleanliness of room was good. Workout area was poor. Rugs in hallway were stained and very dirty. Facilities in general were in disrepair. Customer service was good. Many "creepy" people hanging in the parking lot and just generally about. No free breakfast. * I tripped on rug in the hallway that was loose and buckled up. I stayed here many years ago, but it has been "let go" since. Sad.

Very unique property. The courtyard was beautiful. When we checked in the only available room was a handicap room and that was just fine with us. Very spacious bathroom. I was a little disappointed the property did not have a restaurant on site ( its at another location) but other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice decor

I love the decor of the location. We arrived a bit early, and the staff was able to an early check-in. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice-versa was very convenient. Overall, the stay was great.

I was unaware that the property didn’t have safe in the room. My cork evening bag was stolen with jewelry in it. Reported to police with NO satisfaction. The window wouldn’t close in room #353 so I was bitten by mosquitoes. Finally after availability which was (2) days, I was transferred to #355. Ceiling leaking into garden tub. No apology and no refund. I have photos

Amazing hotel. Loved every minute.

My wife and I loved every minute of it, from the gorgeous lobby, to the well maintained room with a freaking hot tub in it. We had come to the area to visit Six Flags and a hot tub after walking around the park all day hot all the right spots. The little shop thing in the lobby was cheap in the good way. They had bath bombs made for their tubs. It was a really great stay. The bed was also super comfortable. The staff was one of the friendliest I ever dealt with. My wife and I are in agreement if we ever go to Buffalo again we know where we are staying.

No handicap bar or soap holder in ‘Walk in ‘ shower. Hall carpet on most of first floor hallway was markedly wrinkled and made walking dangerous! Staff was excellent, 5 stars! Great water pressure at all times, clean rooms, no disturbances, respectful and quiet staff and guests near rooms.

Other than the building had some normal wear and tear and our ac in our room was outdated and made extra noise overall it was a very good stay would stay again
