This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. At 1 a.m., we discovered our bed sheets had a period blood stain. When we called the front desk for clean sheets, we were told there was “nothing they could do” because maintenance was gone. The employee later brought “clean” sheets that also had a hard, crusty stain. We had to sleep the entire night with no sheets.
The next morning, the manager, Ravine, promised a full refund for the night which turned out to be a lie. He is now denying the refund through the third party, even though he clearly stated we would receive full compensation. When we tried to contact him directly, the front desk staff was laughing at our frustration and repeatedly gave different excuses claiming Ravine was “in a meeting,” “out sick,” and “out for lunch,” all in the same call. We could hear her telling him that someone was on the phone for him, and moments later she returned saying he was “unavailable.” She eventually hung up on me. Meanwhile, he somehow becomes available the moment Expedia contacts him.
The hotel is filthy, with old food left in the hallways for two days. They clearly do not care about hygiene, professionalism, or honesty. Avoid this hotel at all costs, it’s dirty, dishonest, and run by people who lie to and disrespect their guests.
