Check in was good. Room was dated and had disgusting stains on the furniture. Mattress was very old and worn springs were poking through. Very loud fighting in the hall at 3am and only found coffee on site for breakfast. Will never stay here again and do not recommend.

The staff was wonderful, from check in to check out . took care of all my concerns and issues i had with my stay . Although my room was not very clean i had to go to manger and speak with him regarding the cleanliness of my room . He did resolve the issue for me . Other wise the place was great .

Paid for a suit with Jacuzzi. Hours later was told that my room wasn't available and was given a room with an extra be that I could stare at,the same price as the suit. Lucky me. The room wasn't clean, there was mini alcohol bottles in and under one of the beds. Then overcharged my card after I left of course.

Parking was very easy and the room was a decent size. We didn’t try breakfast as there were limited options but did have the coffee each morning which was fine. We only had 2 towels for 2 queen beds and when we requested more we were told they were in the laundry but we never received more. There was also a significant leak above the sink area coming from the pipes/room above us that we reported. They did offer to move us but we were checking out within the hour but it was clear by the ceiling that it had been happening for a while. The hotel was inexpensive when we booked it and is kitschy and unique and was fine for what we needed but it could definitely use some updating and more towels if they have 166 rooms and can’t have more than 2 in their 2 queen rooms. The lounge was not open while we were there which was on a weekend so we could not partake or review it. The workout facilities were small but very clean with a sauna. They seemed to take extra care to clean that area which was nice to see.

24 hours prior to arrival the cancelled the reservation. They offered 2 other properties but both were another 10 mins away from the original hotel. Also the hotel they didn’t offer free breakfast. There was a bistro at the new hotel but no credit for meals was given.
