Out of ordinary place.

Nice & comfortable stay while in Buffalo. Feels like a resort visit. Place has seen it's days and needs TLC now.

An old hotel not very well maintained. No real food service. On our last night, the room was not cleaned and wet towels were not removed. When given clean towels, they were damp.

The place was filthy. Carpets in the entire place looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. Zero toiletries in the bathrooms bc they were “all out and waiting for the shipment.” Bathroom sink and mirror are outside of the bathroom. I felt like it was 1993 in there.

Worst experience

Very disappointed in our stay. We stayed there years ago and it was a great experience. This time not at all. First, our room smelled badly of sewage. So bad, we had to keep the bathroom door closed 100% of the time. And it was STILL awful. Second, our room backed out to a pretty courtyard. The first night we were there several children under 10 years old were running around the court, loudly playing, until after 2:00 am. The second night there were about 10 people in the same courtyard, playing music and having a party. At 11:00 I called to the front desk to ask that The party be moved somewhere else as we were trying to sleep, having gotten very little sleep the night before. The girl advised me in a very nasty and rude voice “I will NOT do anything. They are paying customers just like you!” I will not be staying at your hotel ever again. We were in Room 120, if you are interested

Supposed to be excellent property but ruined with bad management. The whole hotel did not have shampoos or body washes. When complained the reception hung up on me. I had a room with broken bathroom and they did not do anything about it. Coffee in the morning ran out and no one to even inform. Very disappointed

The decor, was unique. Equipment room was nice. They didn’t have quite hours, and did not control those being loud until after midnight. Move us to quite end and bed was broken. Hotel is beautiful but needs love and attention.

The electric shower control panel had a problem, took them a day to fix it, but they were responsive. The heating air conditioning unit did not work. I did not report it. I did not wanna change room since they were pushing me to change rooms and I have unpacked so I just Did not Use the heater in the cold.
