This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. So many things close by. Niagara Falls is about 30 minutes away! Lots of family fun! 4 minutes to the Galleria Mall. Many places to eat and have drinks! City of Buffalo is very close by! Sleeps-6 plus one more but would need to know ahead of time so Ican get it out of the closet, I also have a toddler bed upon request and we have a clean pack and play for your little one. Has own keypad entrance. Full sleeper sofa in living room. One bedroom has a queen bed and tv.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and offers tv and a workspace. Very clean! Kid friendly and pet friendly. Pets can do their business out front. There are dogs that use the back yard.

This was a super cute and clean 2 bedroom apartment with an at home feel the best most comfortable bed (besides mine) I’ve ever had while traveling for work. Mary was very attentive to our needs, very friendly, and welcoming. Very close to restaurants and shopping.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was very nice and clean. Location was great with the higheay close by and plenty of food and shopping options if needed. Mary was very accommodating with our late arrival after the bills game. We would stay here again if available nxt time were in buffalo.

This is a very nice 2-bedroom unit in a quiet neighborhood, near the airport. It has a full kitchen and a stocked coffee bar. The unit was spacious and very comfortable. All of the amenities were as described. It has a reserved off-street parking spot. Mary was very pleasant and responded quickly to my questions.

We were in the area to move our daughter into UB. Location was perfect- just 15 minutes away from the school. The apartment provided everything we needed for a party of 5 and communication with Mary was great. The treat for our dog was cute and he loved it!

Property was just as described. Extremely clean and pleasant and was a good fit for our family of 5. All reported that the beds were comfortable. While the place is in a quiet neighborhood restaurants , shopping and the Interstate are just minutes away. We all agreed that if we were in the area that we would stay here again

Apartment is clean and comfortable. Mary was accommodating when VRBO messed up the check out time (Vrbo sent an email the day before saying noon was check out time which host did not approve). A few updates would be much appreciated such as keys for door knobs and Keruig cups rather than a generic ground coffee. Note to those that don’t want to wash dishes, there is not a dishwasher (my husband loves to wash dishes). Overall, a very good experience and good place to stay.

Not far from the falls, cozy place to stay

Everything was tidy, was easy to book and then find the property. Would stay here again. Host was friendly and accomadating. Perfect for small family with well- behaved dog. Close to lots of places.
