The staff was very pleasant, and the working area on the 12th floor was quite nice. However, I am not sure a single door in the entire building was properly installed, and there was very little insulation. We did not get restful sleep, as doors would rattle constantly, and every time another guest left their room, their door would slam, and echo down the hallway. Additionally, we were on the 5th floor, and heard extremely strange noises -- like construction -- intermittently the entire time. It would often sound like someone moving heavy furniture, and then lots of rhythmic tapping/metallic sounds.

They billed twice. Took 2.5 days to rectify and get back funds. No management apology or offer to supply breakfast or late check out. I had to pay the additional currency surcharges of $ USD 30

Muy buena ubicación y ambiente seguro. La habitación era amplia y estaba muy limpia. Sin embargo, el principal inconveniente fue el servicio al cliente: no supieron cómo resolver los problemas. El check-out estaba programado para las 11:00 a.m., pero el suministro de agua se interrumpió de 9:00 a 10:00 a.m., por lo que solicitamos una salida más tarde. Solo nos extendieron hasta las 11:30 a.m., aunque seguíamos sin agua caliente y no pudieron solucionarlo. Además, ignoraron mis mensajes por WhatsApp, y varios huéspedes se quejaban en el lobby por la misma situación. Finalmente nos permitieron quedarnos un poco más, pero el agua caliente nunca regresó. Conclusión: pésimo servicio al cliente.

The location is good if visiting Central BA. While I personally prefer the Palermo neighborhood, this side of town has a hip side too. It's just not the quietest.

It's a solid choice, located in a convenient part of the city. The room was clean and nice. They don't have iron in the room. You have to request it from the front desk, and apparently they have only one, which I think is odd.
