It was ok the room. Walls dirty and some damages. Seems like they focused more on the upper pricy rooms, I can tell the difference because I stayed on the 2 floor apartment with the big balcony. The pictures don’t really look like the room. They tell you it had a city view but all you see is the building next to it, which they are offices and you can’t keep the blinds open because all the people from the other building can see you. No privacy at all. The walls are very thin you hear everything and let’s not talk about what you hear when you’re neighbors go to the bathroom!. Also on the other apartment I stayed I call the front office to tell them that the electric rooms in one of the room do not work so it was hard to sleep with them open. Well they told me we will send maintenance, they never showed up or call to tell me they where not coming or they where busy!. The next day I checked out they are texting me asking where I put the controls for the bottom room to close the blinds, well guess what that’s the reason I call the first time about the blinds not working and you never sent maintenance. All he said they where busy!. Really no apologies or communication to let me know this?????. Communication is horrible!!

Fantastic view from 42 floor with a balcony! Spacious, new, clean In the heart of the city, 2 blocks away from Colon Opera I could not see a nicer hotel in Buenos Aires, we walked a lot. Great personnel.

Esta cerca de todo y con fácil conexión, no necesitas tener auto, si lo tienes encontrar parqueo es fácil, pero en la calle estacionar es casi imposible en todo lugar. Vista inpresionante !!! No limpian los departamentos por menos de 6 días de alquiler, ósea prepárate para hacerlo tu !!!!

Room was ample and had all basic elements for cooking (although missing a microwave) and diner table. Only issue we had was that we booked with breakfast included but did not received it.
