la dueña nunca se comunicó conmigo como lo hacen las demás propiedades a las que he ido, avisé por medio de la aplicación que llegaría tarde debido a mi vuelo, llegamos cansados y todavía esperar más de 40 min en poder pasar a mi habitación, fue tardado y cansado debido que veníamos de horas de vuelo y solo queríamos descansar, las camas duras y feas la verdad nada cómodas así como no tienen ahí la clave de Internet y no hay señal del teléfono hasta el día siguiente pude tener internet y revisar mis demás reservaciones para tour, etc
El personal te mira pésimo y te tratan como si ellos te hicieran un favor y no estuvieras pagando por un servicio. Podrá estar “bonito” pero por ese trato mejor nada.
