Very nice hotel in a great location. Can easily get to many places. Lobby has some weird art but otherwise a very clean and modern hotel. Pool was too much in the shade.

Gracias a Lucas y a Lucio, quienes nos ayudaron a resolver algunos contratiempos durante nuestra estancia. Siempre atentos, con ganas de solucionar problemas, manteniendo una sonrisa y una excelente actitud. Gracias a ambos, un saludo. En cuanto al restaurante, considero que es necesario contar con un manager que pueda instruir y capacitar al staff en temas de servicio. Aunque el personal es amable, el servicio deja mucho que desear. Esperar 30 minutos por un café y 50 minutos por un huevo pochado es excesivo, especialmente tratándose de un buffet, donde la carga de trabajo para el personal debería ser menor al enfocarse principalmente en las bebidas y alimentos calientes. Espero sinceramente que puedan mejorar este aspecto.

Overall I would recommend this hotel as the safety is main concern. But I would probably rate it as 3.5 stars when I compare to 4 and 5 stars hotels. Staff was friendly but would be nice if they hired people with English since it is a tourist industry. Room was a bit outdated. As I said overall it is not too bad.

Excellent hotel

The hotel is sleek, modern with many amenities. Service is great but not intrusive. The restaurant is wonderful with an amazing breakfast. I still miss my capuccino with a Kouign Amann every morning. The hotel location is also superb in Puerto Madero. We had a wonderful time and will be back next time we are in BA

Avoid if you want to sleep. Whilst the service and location was good, there is a fundamental problem with this hotel - there is absolutely no sound insulation between rooms. You can hear every conversation, the TV, and indeed every single noise from next door, and even the rooms opposite. Myself and another colleague in another room had to move, even the corner rooms are noisy (just from one side, the corridor and opposite).
