Fine hotel, but decor urgently needs improvement

It’s all about location. The hotel is nicely situated in Palermo, close to many shops and cafés. Overall, interior design, particularly lightning and furniture, reflect poor taste and/or need a fix (see photos below). All things considered: this is a satisfactory place to stay for a few days, but for the price you’re paying you can stay in a better place.

The courteous and helpful staff are one of the many reasons to stay at this hotel. Nicely appointed , quiet and clean room with comfortable bed. . A delicious breakfast with many options was included.

A well located, quiet and stylish hotel. However, it is showing signs of age and very poor, if any, Wi-Fi take the edge of a potential gem. Very nicely produced breakfasts and the staff were extremely helpful. Our room was too small but I understood most are significantly larger.

Boutique hotel. I won't stay again.

This is a boutique hotel with 7 rooms. It's in a good location. The rooms are vintage with old furniture. The lobby is dated and small. The staff is very good. However, you cannot go out or get back into the hotel until someone unlocks the front door. Guests were stranded several times outside banging on the door to get back in, especially at night after dinner. They advertise a free breakfast but you must pay for a 'full' breakfast. There is a dismal liquor selection at their bar. For the cost of this hotel, these are sub-standard conditions. I won't stay again.
