Communication was very good and any requests sorted efficiently, the area around the apartment was very good. Unfortunately the apartment was not as bright and new as it looked in the pictures, needs some TLC and shutters or secondary glazing on windows to shut out the traffic noise which went through the night.

What a treat this property was! It was spotless, quiet, safe, and much larger than we expected. There was A/C in both the living area and the separate bedroom that was well appreciated during the heat and humidity of the days we were there. We had all the amenities we needed and as advertised. As well there was a great balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails. This property is close to grocery, banks, restaurants, and a shopping mall a block away. The neighbourhood felt safe and was very walkable. All of Palermo and nearby Recoleta are also within walking distance for exploring, and subway stations are a reasonable distance as well. Rueben was an exceedingly gracious host - always staying in touch to be sure the stay was flawless from check-in to check-out. We would, without hesitation, stay at this property again the next time we visit this amazing city! Can not recommend this gem enough!
