My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we had a lovely time. Perfect location with lots of dining options, bars and shops nearby. Staff were all very helpful but especially Alejandro, he was always happy to answer any questions we had and made some great suggestions during our stay. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, our breakfast experience was poor, the staff did not know how to smile and one seemed more interested in their mobile phone, Then a mistake with our order - we were challenged twice over this - we appreciate the language difference but this just felt rude. I would expect better customer care in the hospitality industry

Nice for a short stay. Rooms are well equipped including kettle for hot drinks and safe. Nice design throughout. The outdoor areas looked inviting however we were there in a rainy spell. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel is almost there - there is a fair amount of street noise which is manageable but they need to improve some amenities- pillows are terrible, no Kleenex available. And the front desk staff ignores you. Relatively small fixes that would make a big difference.
