Everything was great! From the staff and service to the actual room. Even has a rooftop gym and little patio to eat. The only issue I guess would be my key card kept deactivating anytime I put it with my phone and any other credit cards. Front desk staff was very helpful. Special mention for Gonzalo. He helped us a lot with the areas to visit and the hop on hop off bus option. We had just one day to spend in Buenos Aires on our way back from our cruise. And I was too tired to do any research. He helped select nearest hop on points, get vouchers, held our luggage after checkout and arranged taxis. And he spoke English.
