Péssimo.Nada do prometido na reserva foi cumprido.

- O que foi mais absurdo: ao chegarmos às 3:00 da manhã c/ hospedagem já paga, o funcionário que nos recebeu quis nos obrigar a deixar um grande montante em Pesos ou nossos cartões de crédito c/ ele como "garantia", o que jamais foi mencionado na reserva. Não tínhamos todo esse dinheiro, mas propusemos deixar TUDO o que tínhamos (ficaríamos no exterior sem nenhum dinheiro!!), mas ele mesmo assim não aceitou porque faltavam alguns pesos. Ele ameaçou de nos deixar na rua, mesmo com hotel já pago, se não déssemos o dinheiro ou deixássemos nossos cartões. Ele só entrou em contato com o gerente para resolver quando já estávamos ligando para a polícia!! Foi horrível!! Além disso, os seguintes itens da reserva eram falsos, não existiam: WiFi no quarto, cozinha americana, secador de cabelo e sofá-cama. As 2 coisas de que não podemos reclamar são: 1) um jovem funcionário que nos atendeu no penúltimo e no último dias pela manhã, que era extremamente educado e prestativo; 2) locaização

Localização e Atenção

Excelente localização, próximo ao metrô e pessoal muito atencioso nas informações e sugestões. Café da manhã podia ser melhor, e servido mais rapidamente. Limpeza ok.

Excelente custo benefício!

O hotel é muito limpo, novo e organizado. O quarto em que ficamos era confortável e os funcionários foram extremamente cordiais e atenciosos conosco. Quanto ao café da manhã, é simples, mas em geral muito bom, tendendo mais para os doces (media lunas, doce de leite, tortas...). Pode-se dizer que a localização é boa, fica apenas a uma quadra do Congresso. A qualidade do hotel e do atendimento foram bem superiores ao preço e certamente atenderam nossas expectativas e ao propósito de nossa viagem.

No centro da cidade, econômico e confortável

Foi bastante agradável. O hotel fica a uma quadra do Congresso Argentino, no centro. Dá pra ir a pé para a Calle Florida (ruas de lojas, onde carros não costumam passar), depois seguir para a Avenida 9 de Julho (onde fica o Obelisco). O hotel tem um café da manhã suficiente (uma pena que não tem pão francês ou outro tipo de pão de sal - somente coisas doces). Nosso quarto era bastante confortável, com cama larga, banheiro com banheira e aquecedores. Apesar de o restaurante não entregar comida no quarto, os preços do jantar são acessíveis. Recomendo!!!

Muy cómodo, buena relación precio-servicio

Muy confortable y buena atención por parte del personal. Solo deberían mejorar el desayuno y respetar lo que ofrecen. En el anuncio reza que las habitaciones cuentan con pequeña cocina y eso no es así, son algunas lo tienen; tampoco cuentan con secador de cabello.

Un básico correcto.

El hotel se ve nuevo, discreto y moderno. Por fuera el frente es limpio, sobrio y vidriado. La atención es buena pero me asignaron un tipo de habitación que no había reservado, si bien solucionaron el error, no deja de ser una pérdida de tiempo y un contratiempo. El desayuno es adecuado. Las habitaciones son confortables y bien calefaccionadas, aunque un poco ruidosas. El baño cómodo, con una buena ducha. El ascensor una desventaja para el horario de check out y desayuno, si bien son modernos, son pequeños para tanta demanda. La relación precio/ calidad es muy buena. En sí, positivo y recomendable.
