This hotel was average overall, with very poor front desk service. We booked three rooms, including one junior suite with two beds, but at check-in the night receptionist(Victor)was very rude and unhelpful, insisting the reservation was correct. Even after we showed documentation confirming two beds, he refused to assist and placed the blame on Expedia. As a result, one guest had to sleep on an uncomfortable couch.
The only reason for the three-star rating is the following morning’s manager, Mr. Diego, who sincerely apologized, corrected the room issue, and offered a late checkout due to our evening flight.
Overall, cleanliness, amenities, and service are below average. The hotel’s location is its only positive feature. I would not recommend staying here if this level of customer service continues.
