Lugar excelente administrador malo
La ubicación es excelente! El departamento es muy cómodo y funcional salvo que toallas, cubrecama y cortina de baño no estaban del todo limpias.
La comunicación con el administrador fue terrible. Fueron contactándose de distintos números sin nadie presentarse. Hablé con 4 personas distintas para coordinar entrega de llaves.

Si tengo que darle un puntaje del 1a10 le doy 6,5. Edificio muy viejo, sin portero, si bien el Dpto está remodelado no condice con el precio que cobran
No volvería, ni lo recomiendo a esos valores hay mejores en plaza

Excelente Localização
Localização incrível, perto de tudo. Carrefour, Havanna, Freddo e quiosco 24 horas na porta. Um pague fácil em frente para carregar cartão de transporte e celular. Uma quadra da Santa Fe. Varios restaurantes e confeitarias ao redor. Ótima comunicação com o proprietário. Não faltou absolutamente nada, a não ser uma vista pra rua. Mas isso não foi problema para nós.
