Wonderful hotel. Perfect location, near to many dining options within walking distance. Staff was fantastic, as they went above and beyond to help us, especially Nacho,The staff made this one of the best hotel experiences Would 100% stay here again.

Room provided was not the deluxe balcony we had booked. It was considerably smaller than the 506 square feet indicated on the website. The layout was poor making it impossible to watch the tv from the bed. The seating was low and uncomfortable. Storage space was limited. The room was not as clean as it should have been. After walking across the floor my wife’s white Sox were filthy on the bottom. On the plus side, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was good.

From pre checkin to the time we left, the staff and service levels at Casa Joseph was excellent, helpful and considerate. The property is perfectly located to venture out for a quiet evening to a party. We enjoyed our stay, Buenos Aires is a city of pleasant surprises, deep history and amazing people. Wish we had could have spent more time.

The room was very clean.The king sized bed was very comfortable. Diana welcomed us when we arrived and was excellent at explaining everything to us and even had some dining recommendations for us. The hotel is very well situated for nearby restaurants. Will.definetly stay here again.

Lovely staff and clean/ modern rooms. Would appreciate a better coffee machine in the room and also noise-proof windows/ doors - it’s quite loud overnight from the street. Excellent location in Palermo, very close to AEP airport that is super convenient for early morning domestic flights.

Property is a bit run down. They gave complimentary water but didn’t seem like the bottles had already been used and they just refilled the water. The room is extremely loud. You can literally hear everything going on on the street. The neighborhood is safe and late night walk though with lots of restaurants options.

We had an excellent stay at Casa Joseph. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help.
