The bad: The room was a bit worn out, caulking around the bath needs to be redone and the drain cleaned. The Good: very well located, staff was awesome, fast internet, plenty of hot water with constant temperature, good mattress, quiet, good breakfast. We had to book it very last minute because of a mishap. Good quality to price ratio.

We will never stay in this property. We came to the hotel around 10 am I understand that the checking time was 2 pm. I had to be out to buy some medicine and return the car. I could not come back till 5 pm. My was sitting there all that time. They did not allow her to enter the room, till they are paid upfront. My wife requested that she is tired of long jorney, and told that i will pay when i am back. They did not allow her to entet room. I am traveling for the last 18 years. I have traveled in more than 85 countries. This was the worst experience.

Good hotel, good staff, friendly, helpful, near to centre within 10 minutes walk, breakfast was fair considering our previous stays only gave bread and a coffee. Good satellite choice for tv once you know how to change the language to English. Downside is no ironing board, no tea facilities in room and the elevator or toilet system makes so much noise in the hall way you have to give it a few hours to adapt but minus that it's a pleasant hotel and has a safety box in room for free.

They Hotel is located in a very nice area, close to everything, 4 blocks from Downtown but better location than downtown in Barrio Norte, close to Recoleta. I had a very nice bedroom, wonderful view over the square, the bedroom was big, and I paid a very good price for the room! They shower was great! the WiFi was not working in my room! I was on the corner! I will be back!

Location as a priority

Nice decent hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel could use a few repairs, especially the elevators. However, you get more than what you pay for. Second time around, never had any incidents. If you are too picky, then look for more expensive hotels! But if you have other priorities how to spend your money, then this is the place. Breakfast is good, especially the different breads.

Great hotel location

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was ok wish there were more choice in breakfast foods, rooms were clean and ok for comfort. The down side to the room was that there was not many plug sockets about to charge phones etc room was cold don't think the heating was working as it was on full and some of the bulbs were out in the room. However overall the stay was pleasant, staff were lovely and the location was fantastic didn't really need to use a taxi during the day.

Great Hotel and amazing Staff - bad driver

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Bisonte. It was our first time in Buenos Aires and this hotel plus their staff made our trip very pleasent. We'd like to specially thank the night front desk staff - Diego. He gave us great ideas about things to do in Buenos Aires and every night He recommended us an amazing restaurant for dinner! Thank you Diego :) The only bad experince we had with the hotel is their private car service they offer to take you to the airport. They advertise it at the front desk for a fixed price and once we got to the airport the driver asked for more money and he refused to receive less (very angry) We did not want to argue with him so we paid the higher price. We did not like how this driver treated us and Hotel Bisonte should do something about it.
