Our host Pablo made this trip exceptional. He reached out prior to our arrival and meet us at the property. Then provided a wealth of information on the area and what to do in BA. The apartment was on the top floor offering a beautiful view of the area.

Loved staying in Palermo with this beautiful penthouse stay. Pablo was a perfect host in every way. Check in and check out was easy. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for all the things in Buenos Aires.

Pablo was great, very kind and accommodating. I would recommend him and work with him again. The apartment is wonderful. Clean, spacious and great location. I will never use Expedia to book VRBO again. They screwed up the whole reservation. they don't have any communication to VRBO and take no responsibility for their major and many shortcomings. Do yourself a favor and book directly with VRBO and work with Pablo. Expedia is a huge problem and offers nothing.

Fun stay but things you need to know

Pablo was always available to help, and we had a wonderful time. The apartment was comfortable and the location and the view were perfect. Though it's in a lively neighborhood filled with restaurants, we were not disturbed by street noise. Las Canitas is a great neighborhood with everything you need close by. On the negative side, the outside balconies are not appropriate for very small children, and the wire that holds the post on the upper level of the indoor stairs is frayed and should be repaired or at least wrapped. As much as we enjoyed the apartment, it is not advisable for disabled, or for small children. Also, it would be helpful to have manuals for the apparatuses, in Spanish and English.

Wonderful, clean stay

The property was very clean and anytime we needed assistance we received an immediate answer. The balcony is one of the best parts of the stay. The location is safe with plenty of restaurants within the vicinity. Only complaint is that the hot water in the shower felt like it only lasted 5-10 minutes and then I was stuck with a cold shower.

Near parks, cafe's across the street, large balcony

Our rental was located on the 7th floor. Upon entering the apartment, the view was fantastic. The living room was an open floor plan to the kitchen. The kitchen came with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, utensils, glassware etc. were important. First bedroom on the main floor with a ½ bath. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a walk-in shower, separate bathtub, TV, glass door to walk out on the terrace. WIFI worked well during our entire stay. Nice large TV in the living room. The apartment was clean, the living room sofa and lounge chair comfortable & complemented the room. We liked that the rental was simply decorated, bed sheets, pillowcases, towels were all freshly washed and folded. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace with a snack and beverage during the night, watching people sitting at various cafes across the street. During our stay we always saw police officers around the neighborhood. My children & I felt very safe walking around at night. Pharmacies & grocery stores are within walking distance. We loved the variety of restaurants in the immediate area. US Embassy not far, you can see the polo club from the balcony. One important detail: Pablo who assisted before we arrived & helped us during our stay. I cannot say enough about Pablo. What a wonderful person who has a caring heart. If you need information or help, he will do his best. Would I rent this unit again: Yes. Love the location and how attentive Pablo was to my daughter’s medical emergency.
