This was a lovely place to stay. We stayed 3 nights upon arrival in BA, then 1 night a week later, when we picked up our luggage, stored free of charge, before an Antarctic cruise.
It was clean and comfortable, tho we had no view. The swimming pool on top was small but refreshing. Breakfast was good--good coffee, real juice, croissants, and other pastry, fresh fruit (and canned) eggs, bacon yogurt cereal, available til 11 AM. No generic pancakes a la Best Western, possibly why others complained.
The best thing about the hotel was the service. The front desk was always available, to book a taxi and tell us the cost in advance, give directions and dining advice, store luggage, etc. They even delivered us an adaptor when ours did not work. When we were leaving a little late, they extended our stay without asking.
The only negative was that the first very large king-sized bed we had was soft. No ice in the room, but later they said we just had to ask.
