This is a 5-star hotel, although without all the bells & whistles. The staff are all extremely helpful. It is clean, very safe, and comfortable. I will rebook at this hotel should I return to Buenos Aires.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. We had an easy walk to the subway (Subte) D line, good shopping and excellent restaurants. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable, breakfast was lovely, and the staff provided excellent travel support.

Good location in Palermo, close to shops, restaurants and transport. Building is modern and well maintained. We stayed in a large suite that was very clean and well equipped with its own terrace. The staff were all very helpful, especially Eze who was able to provide hints and tips about the city. We would stay there again and recommend it to others coming to BA.

The staff was very attentive, knowledgeable, provided excellent service. They were there for us always. You are greeted every entrance & exit & are asked if you need anything along with recommendations. You can eat & drink in the common area from an array of prepared items anytime. I felt safe. This is one excellent hotel. The staff is superb and outstanding in their service…they are extremely helpful and friendly. Snacks are provided 24 hours. Had the superior balcony which extremely spacious and clean. Safe location. I would highly recommend this hotel. My friends and I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

I loved the hotel. I think they probably only have 15 rooms or so, but the staff is fantastic ( I don't say that very often). They were always at the desk and ready to help with suggestions, recommendations, even helping book tickets. The rooms were great. The only thing I can even suggest is to have tissue paper (facial), but that isn't something that we found anywhere in Argentina... Also, the backroom sink counter needs just a little extra space. Would absolutely stay here again as my first choice. They don't say it anywhere, but the breakfast is a wide range of pastries, but they also will ask if you want eggs or omelettes. LOVE this hotel.

Good location, walking distance to a few parks, e.g., Rose Garden. Very friendly staffs. Large rooms. 24-hour available drinks and snacks. Cooking facilities are in the rooms (rare in South America hotels, which do not usually have coffee machines or kettles in the rooms), because they are renovated apartment rooms. Price is a little expensive, in line with the services provided.

Great boutique hotel perfectly located just a short walk from restaurants and shopping. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Pastries, coffee, numerous cheeses and meats available 24 hours a day. Reception was most helpful with restaurant recommendations, money exchange locations and other questions. It was evident that the staff works hard each and every day to make your stay a pleasure. I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Buenos Aires.

Shoshana is a small boutique hotel that has apartments, which helps to feel at home. The hotel staff is very friendly, they greet you by name and are aware of your needs at all times. They have a breakfast based on a variety of fruit, sandwiches that can be prepared on the grill, quality coffee, good quality pastries, and tea pastries. This service is available all day and is very useful for a snack or a light dinner. The Palermo area has multiple options for restaurants and nearby public transportation. It is very close on foot to the Rosedal park.

Viajamos bastante e já conhecemos muitos hotéis, mas o Shoshana Hotel Boutique realmente nos surpreendeu. Desde o momento da chegada, tudo foi incrível. O quarto é lindo, espaçoso e decorado com muito bom gosto. A limpeza é impecável, daquelas que você nota nos pequenos detalhes. A localização também é um ponto altíssimo — fica no coração de Palermo, com fácil acesso a ótimos restaurantes, bares e tudo o que Buenos Aires tem de melhor. Mas o que realmente fez a diferença foi a equipe. Todos foram extremamente simpáticos, prestativos e acolhedores, sempre dispostos a ajudar no que fosse preciso, com sorriso no rosto. Outro diferencial é o café da manhã: oficialmente vai até as 12h, mas o hotel mantém diversos itens disponíveis ao longo do dia — um mimo que faz toda a diferença, especialmente em dias de passeio mais corrido. Foi uma experiência excelente do início ao fim. Sem dúvida voltaremos e recomendamos de olhos fechados!
