The room was good, we stayed in the deluxe double, however this is the only good thing I would rate ok. The cleaners started hoovering at 7-7:30 every morning which woke us up, our hotel room was next to the lift and therefore we could constantly hear other guests talking loudly and using the lift. The balcony was covered in soil when we arrived and the Gardner had to attend to clear. The breakfast was terrible, very limited choice and the food was of a poor quality. We found that some of staff were unfriendly and rude. No access to an iron, had to pay to have clothes ironed on your behalf. This is definitely not a four star hotel!!! Overall, not a good experience and would not recommend to stay.

The location is great but the amenities are limited. It senior friendly (nothing wrong with that) but if you're looking to mingle with other youngsters then it's not the right hotel. However, it's clean and within the prime location in Budva.

Hotel is ok and good location but they charged us $50 for getting the towels dirty because my girlfriend’s makeup got on it. Seemed like they scammed us.

Fagus Hotel is in a good central location. The staff are all very polite & helpful. The room was modern and comfortable. Only 5 clothes hangers & not a lot of room for 2 cases. Nice Balcony. Modern bath Room ( shower only ), safe and TV with a few English speaking channels ( mostly news ). Comfortable bed & pillows ( 2 singles pushed together ) Breakfast was simple but adequate with some changes most days. Croissants only available the first day. Breakfast area although small can get quire busy. Pool a little small ( un heated ) with very little room for sunbathing, no loungers only a few chairs. The Sauna & Spa not yet open although advertised. The hotel is in a nice area pretty close to everything in Bubva. Good value for money and I would return if ever in Budva.

The location is great, close to the beach area, as well as the bus station that we used to go on local trips. The property is brand new, the staff is amazing, always kind and polite. The only thing you should know that there is a construction right next to the hotel, so be prepared. Additionally, the walls are quite thin, so you better bring ear-plugs if you have trouble sleeping with a lot of noise at night. Otherwise we were very satisfied with everything, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would return in the future.

Hyvä rauhallinen ja siisti hotelli

Hotelli oli rauhallinen ja hyvin äänieristetty. Sijainti hyvä Budvan palveluista. Touko-Kesäkuun vaihteessa vielä varsin rauhallista ja osa palveluista ei vielä ollut avannut oviaaan. Ystävällinen henkilökunta hotellissa. Kattoterassilla sijaitseva uima-allas alue varsin pieni, eikä siellä ollut kunnon aurinkotuoleja. Hotellihuoneen sänky oli melko kova.

Fint och fräscht hotell med bra läge när stranden och gamla stan. Lugnt trots det centrala läget. Ok frukost. Härligt med pool där vi ofta tog ett svalkande dopp framåt kvällen. Dessutom fin utsikt från poolen. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam.

Hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla

Mukava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Lyhyt matka rannalle ja pääkadulle sekä vahaan kaupunkiin. Hotellin työntekijät olivat ystävällisiä. Aamiainen oli suhteellisen hyvä sisältäen melko paljon eri vaihtoehtoja. Huone oli siisti, mutta melko pieni. Sänky oli kova. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Uima-allas oli pieni, mutta sijaitsi kivasti katolla ja sieltä oli kivat näkymät. Spa ei ollut kovin erikoinen: käsitti vesilämmitteisen saunan ja turkkilaisen saunan. Kaikki tilat olivat kuitenkin siistejä. Meillä oli ongelmia safety boxin kanssa.
