Its on a quiet road in a residential area really close to the beach.
Its a modern 3 bedroom bungalow with 3 bathrooms, open plan living/kitchen, utility, conservatory, front garden, rear enclosed garden.
It has 1 king room, 1 twin room and 1 bunk bed. 1 double sofa bed if needed. Sleeps 6/8
Perfect holiday location.

We live here as a family of 4 and spend our days walking to the beach which is a 5 min walk. We do this with our 6 and 3 year old children so its a really accessible easy walk,even if you dont know the area.
You can also walk to budes famous sea pool and 2 other beaches. Its a 5 min walk in to town where there are lots of shops and a supermarket. Other supermarkets a 5 min drive away.
Its walking distance to budes canal which offers some fantastic walking routes towards marhamchurch. We are also right on the south west coast path which offers extensive beautiful walking routes.

The house is clean, modern and offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy bude. It has a front garden and rear enclosed garden with outdoor seating and bbq.
Inside is a shower room off the main entrance perfect for washing off the sand from the beach.
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area with modern facilities.
It had 3 bedrooms. 1 king, 1 twin room, 1 bunkbed.
One double sofa bed if needed. Sleeps 6/8
It also has a family bathroom and ensuite off the main bedroom.
Off road Parking for 2 cars and quiet street parking.
Rear garden has a veg patch which you are welcome to use.
Storage in rear garden.
2 x tvs. 65inch Smart OLED in lounge and 42" Smart TV in main bedroom.

We will provide bedding and in the utility will be extra bedding, plus towels and a tea towel.

Bude is an incredible place with so much to offer. Beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants, shops and a range of seaside activities. Please let us know if you want to book any activities and we can recommend some places.

Our house will be guest ready and we will be on hand to help with any questions you may have.
There may be a few personal items but only anything that could help your stay be even better.

Disappointing property

For the higher priced rental range this holiday property could do with many improvements. Main bedroom had a strong musty smell, had no wardrobe with just a small hanging area provided. All beds had quilts which were too warm for the summer with no alternatives provided. Second bedroom had no drawers, small mirror positioned too high for children to use, beds were separated bunk beds with one bed a lot higher than normal. Third bedroom had no wardrobe, mirror or chest of drawers, so my teenage daughter had to live out of her suitcase for the week which was not acceptable. Bathroom shower head lose in shower holder. We also felt it was unacceptable asking us 'the guests' to strip all bedding, ensure dishes were washed and cleared away by 10am on the morning of departure which is usually a frantic time for most families anyway. We feel this property is not worthy of the cost we paid and needs vast improvements to warrant this. We were disappointed.
