We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly located and close to everything, which made exploring so easy. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again! A quick tip for future guests: We had a frustrating experience booking through Hotels.com—the site wasn't clear, and we ended up losing out on our cashback. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, we really enjoyed it. The location is excellent, close to all the sites. The breakfast is excellent, varied. This is a wonderful high-end hotel. It is centrally located in a very walk-able city. We were a very late check-in & bar was closing but they accommodated our bar visit for over an hour. The staff is outstanding. The concierge appears stiff but he is so excellent at his job. Our connecting river cruise had a mix-up and he worked with us until all was cleared up all the while calming our nerves. He is quite the gem. We did not have breakfast as we chose to enjoy the wonderful pastries offered in the city. The room was exceptionally comfortable, bed linens fabulous, very clean with large bathroom

Great location and a lovely hotel. Our room was great except that we got a view of a bldg under construction. We complained but they didn’t offer us any alternative or recompense.

An absolutely first rate hotel! Gorgeous room with a great view, fantastic staff, excellent restaurants and a great bar, and a perfect location. Well worth the money for value. We felt pampered and delighted.
