Shower floods entire bathroom floor everytime !

Bring your own pillows and towels. While the apartment is modern and spacious. They only provide each guest with one small pillow and one towel. If you want another one they charge you €3 each. The property is well located and within 10 to 15 minutes walk from major attractions. Nice restaurants and bars on the same street. But this low cost attitude really sours your stay. Just charge an extra €10 more a night and provide the bare essentials. That being said they do provide you with your own proper squeege mop and bucket to clean up the semi enclosed shower that floods the whole bathroom floor everytime. After this happened we did find other reviewers from beginning of this year advising of the of the same issue. The management replied to those reviews stating they had ordered additional glass to fully enclose the shower area. However, those reviews are more than half a year old and we experienced this unplesantness everyday of our stay. What could have been a fantastic stay was blundered by the management of this property. The reception staff are courteous and helpful. The self parking the property provides is very convinient and clean with two pay EV charging stations. Which cost us about €30 to almost fully charge our car in 8 hours. But their €30 a night parking fee is a bit pricey. We frequent Budapest often to see concerts. But I would probably not stay here again. Its too bad because the property is great and the staff is nice. But its like flying a low cost airline.

They don't clean your apartment unless it's 7 days or more, or something like that. We were there for 4 days, and had to pay 3 euros for an extra towel.

The property is in a great area with lots of shops and amenities close by. It’s in a quiet area at night. Beds are comfortable , apartment’s are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom toiletries left for each person was a lovely touch as well as the coffee beans and washing up liquid and tea towels. The checkin was ok but language barrier was hard to understand with the staff member that was on that day. The check out however went smoothly and the lady was very helpful with all our questions. Being able to leave our luggage there on the final day was fantastic as it enabled us to be able to explore for the day without being hindered by our bags. We all said - there were 7 of us - that we would return to that property when we went back because of the comfort and location and it was so easy to find.

Amazing location right in the heart of the old Jewish sector which has become a lively area full of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is amazing as you walk through a door from the street and enter a modern building completely hidden from the main road. The apartment was clean and modern and we loved the separate rooms for each family member. Would definitely recommend this apartment for almost all combinations of travelers given its proximity to stores, trams and is in a great walkable area. If I’m lucky enough to go back to Budapest, which is a great city to explore, I would grab a reservation at K46.

We’ve just spent a week in these lovely apartments. We were given an apartment facing the street which produces quite a lot of noise but was not particularly troublesome due to heavy duty patio doors both in the bedroom and living area. It was over 30c every day and the air conditioning was a godsend. Very efficient and controllable. Location is fantastic with bars and restaurants galore. It’s worth searching out the ruin bars. Overall I have no hesitation recommending these apartments for a break in this lovely city.

Staff was very helpful and nice, despite the city residents are not ready to welcome tourism as an income. Again, staff at the property spoke English well, as for Budapest residents many lack basic words and in some cases manors.

The photos on Expedia look very nice. The room is spacious. But the bed is small and hard. Towels are very old and yellowish. The glass panel is so small so that the shower will splash and make the floor very wet. It's not all... The most terrible experience I have ever had is that the Whirlpool washing machine is leaking!! The leaking water flooded the floor. I had to stop the machine immediately and then mop the floor and clean the mess. The hotel only said they are sorry for what happened... A Sorry is that all they can offer. They don't take responsibility for that. I would never recommend the hotel to anyone.

When we returned to the room at night, we found many insects flying around. By then, it was already past midnight. It was disgusting, and we felt extremely itchy and uncomfortable. We were genuinely concerned about possible allergic reactions or being bitten. We went down to the reception to ask for help. However, the receptionist said there was nothing she could do. She could only arrange for someone to clean the room the next day. Due to hygiene concerns, I couldn’t stay in that room and requested to be moved to another one. The receptionist insisted the hotel was fully booked for the next few days and refused to offer another room, even for the following night. It was incredibly frustrating to be told we had to stay in the same room even after pest control. After chemical spraying, how could we be expected to sleep there? Our luggage would also be exposed to the chemicals, which is unacceptable. All we wanted was a place to rest, but since they wouldn’t provide another room, I had no choice but to request refund and leave at midnight. The receptionist claimed she couldn’t issue a refund and that I’d need to wait for the manager, who wouldn’t return until 8 AM—which was absurd. There should be a night shift manager available to handle such situations. While I was contacting Expedia for support, at least three groups of guests were checking in during the night. This made us seriously question the receptionist’s claim that the hotel was fully booked for the next few days.

Beware what you see in pictures is not what you get. We had the large 3 bedroom apartment as there were five of us. The pillows are tiny with no support. We also were provided one single towel per person, including one face/handle towel for all to share. When we asked for extra towels and pillows, they told us the cost is 3 euros per item. The floors were dirty, living room floor had what looked like pizza sauce smeared and bathroom sink was disgusting. We brought it to the attention of the front desk but nothing was done. The apartments also all face the courtyard so there is significant noise from others. Location is good and beds, other than flat uncomfortable pillows, were comfortable.

This was perfect for our stay of a few nights in the city. We were able to walk or use transit easily to get to our destinations each day. Staff was friendly and the residence itself was spacious and comfortable. I would like to have found an actual grocery store nearby but it was Easter weekend and perhaps they were closed. We found small convenience stores and were able to buy some basic food there but choice was limited. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet most of the time. Lots of street noise one night-not sure what was happening and one loud family who yelled a lot and kept their balcony doors open so you could hear them/that was just one day and I didn’t stick around so didn’t have to continue listening but they did make a lot of noise. Facilities were good snd I would definitely stay there again.
