Very cosy room in a small and friendly hotel. Excellent place for excursions to a.o. Hamburg, but with the possibility to make a 30 minute train journey in the evening for a quiet and cosy stay. Don’t miss the restaurant close buy with an excellent Afghani kitchen.

This has been a "Go to" property for us. It is great value for the money. It is getting a bit "Tired". The staff is always great. Restaurant and shopping are near by. You can easily walk to the train station and ride into Hamburg on the Metronom train.

Disappointing

I stayed 2 nights and all was fine. Until checkout ..... I was asked to pay, even though my room was pre-paid. They insisted. So, I had to find a receipt to prove it was paid. Also, I had asked at check-in if breakfast was included with my room (I could not remember) & was told yes. However, at check-out I was told no and was charged. I was not happy, as the breakfast was expensive & very poor. Many things had run out, including the bread, the cheese, the fruit salad and fruit yogurt. This experience at the end spoilt my stay.

Bestilte rom for 2 voksne og 1 barn på 15. Valgte plass pga.

Boutique-hotel? A very plain and generic hotel which for some odd reason have 4 stars. It was ok, but nothing 4 star and nothing boutique about it. Also a bit confused by the administration. Although we booked and paid for three people we were charged extra for the third person on site.
