bezüglich Hund

Alles Perfekt wie immer. Ein Trockner wäre toll damit die Waschmaschine Sinn macht.im Herbst und Winter können die nassen Sachen draußen nicht mehr trocknen. Des Weiteren wäre ein guter Bodenwischer, toll in der nassen Jahreszeit ist sonst der Boden durch die Hunde einfach schnell dreckig.

Leider enttäusch

Als wir ankamen, war kein "Begrüßer" vor Ort. Wir mussten leider feststellen, dass die Kurabgabe einfach mit dem restlichen Betrag in Rechnung gestellt waren. Ich habe 100 % Gdb mit B - also keine Kurabgabe. Alles versuchen, sie von FeWo oder der Vermietern zurück zu buchen,scheiterten.

Erste Erfahrung mit der Online-Buchung einer Ferienwohnung

Für einen Onlinebucher ohne große Erfahrung in der digitalen Welt ist so eine Buchung schon ein kleines Abenteuer. Das fängt schon mit dem ganzen Prozedere im Internet an. Die Verschlüsselungen und das Manövrieren in verschiedenen "Chaträumen" ( ich bin mir noch nicht einmal sicher ob ich die richtigen Begriffe verwende und daher eindeutig verständlich bin) entmutigen schnell . Da verschwinden auf einmal Informationen, auf die man zurückgreifen oder die man kontrollieren wollte. Es kostet den Ungeübten viel Zeit sich zurecht zu finden. Wohl dem, der einen computergeübten Freund oder Angehörigen hat. Man möchte direkt nachfragen und muss es ins Blaue hinein in ein Kontaktfeld tun. Ruft man bei der angegebenen Nummer an, stellt man fest, man ist bei einer Firma die mit Baubetreuung zu tun hat gelandet. Der Mitarbeiter in der Leitung ist ratlos und erleichtert, dass man aufgibt und aufhängt. Zum Glück klappt dann doch die Sache mit dem Kontaktfeld, aber es ist viel aufwändiger. Der Zahlungsbetrag für die ganze Vermittlung kommt einem dann doch leicht überhöht vor. Mehrmals war ich in Versuchung das Ganze zu stornieren und es doch wieder auf althergebrachte Art (Fremdenverkehrsbüro) zu versuchen. An Ort und Stelle waren wir dann ratlos, welche der vielen Wohnungstüren zu unserer gemieteten Wohnung gehört. Davon stand kein Wort in der Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung in ihrem Schnitt und ihrer Einrichtung hat uns dann begeistert. Ein haus-spezifischer Ratgeber wurde schnell gefunden. Aber die Angaben waren leider zum Teil überholt . Manche Geräte gab es nicht mehr (z.B. das Heizungssystem) und das Müllmanagement funktionierte nicht. Zum Glück war unser technikbegeisterer Sohn dabei. Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn wir einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort gehabt hätten. Leider war das Wetter kein Urlaubswetter (da kann keiner dafür!!!) aber bei Sonnenwetter wären einige bequemere Gartenstühle schön gewesen. Trotz allem, die Wohnung und die moderne Einrichtung hat uns gefallen und mein behinderter Mann kam gut zurecht.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und auch die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Allerdings haben wir vor der Anreise keine Rückmeldung zur Anreise erhalten und hatten Mühe überhaupt jemanden von der Vermietungsgesellschaft zu erreichen um den Türcode zum Appartement zu erhalten (kein Privatvermieter). Wie befürchtet war dann auch die Wohnung kalt und nicht geputzt. Die gebrauchte Bettwäsche und Handtücher der Vormieter nebst leerer Sektflasche haben uns begrüßt. Alles im allen passte das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht und wir werden uns beim nächsten Mal lieber eine privat geführte Unterkunft suchen.

Alles wie beschrieben, schön und modern

Schön eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, gute und ruhige Lage, trotzdem ein Katzensprung nach Kempten. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub gehabt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder.
