This is an amazing property. Beautiful hotel, luxuriously appointed. The staff is great. Unfortunately the area is still developing. If you are driving, there is no way to go towards Bucharest. You have to drive a couple of miles in the opposite direction and make a U turn. Getting in and out of the street where the hotel is from and onto the highway is an adventure in itself. Getting in, it is very easy to miss the street, as there is only one sign, after the intersection, and if you miss it, you have to drive about 20 minutes, and make two U turns to get back. Getting out, it is dangerous as there is no on-ramp. Other than that, we truly enjoyed an excellent hotel, with plenty of free parking!

Very noisy rooms next to very busy road and petrol station if staying at front of hotel.was told these were the only rooms available… 1 water per room, extra cost 15 lei what a rip off. Very sharp angles on beds which caused us cuts and bruises.

Great business hotel, short ride from OTP airport (15mins approx. depending on traffic of course). Check in was smooth, reception team was polite, quick and efficient. We booked 2br suite (2adults and 2 kids). The suite was well furnished and had A/C controller for each of the bedrooms and living room. Overall cleanliness was good, carpet could have been vacuumed better. We had some small flies/gnats swarming from the drains in the bathroom, and some flying insects in the bedrooms. We left the drains covered overnight. Room was overall nice- soundproofing left something to be desired. Restaurant in lobby area was nice. Server and Bartender were nice and engaging. Food quality was excellent (presentation, taste profile). The service though left something to be desired. Table was not fully set (compared to nearby tables). Appetizers and hot entrees were delivered at the same time, crowding the table and allowing the hot entrees to get cold. Breakfast was rich and setup was nice. The young gentleman working at breakfast was very polite and efficient. Considering we only saw him, not sure how it is when the breakfast room gets busy (clearing, resetting tables, etc.) but since we were among the first, food and table presentations were excellent. The hotel employees young and enthusiastic staff who were very polite. I presume with proper guidance and supervision they can deliver even better service quality. Overall, we are very satisfied with our short stay.
