The front desk personnel were always excellent and courteous which we appreciated. Our room was quite comfortable and my only complaint was that the cleaning staff were inconsistent. One day they neglected to put a pillow case on a pillow and another day our bathroom glasses were not washed. We liked the choice of dining experiences and found all restaurants were excellent. The breakfast buffet was quite substantial. We wish the hotel was more within walking distance to many sights, but we did appreciate the view of the Parliament building from our room. We would stay here again.

Amazing large hotel that was beautiful and comfortable. Service at the restaurants was great and the food did not disappoint. Staff were professional, friendly, and most helpful. I will fully recommend to all.

Nice hotel. Theres always a couple of the staff that are rude. The room we stayed in was very very dusty. If it wasn't for the rude staff, there was 2 of them. And the very dusty room. It would of been a 5 star review.

Very pleasant stay, thoroughly enjoyable

I had a very pleasant stay with my wife recently. We had a Grande Executive Suite which granted access to the executive lounge on the 8th floor which we made good use of. The gym on-site is better than most high-street gym's, very impressive. I would stay again

Shower didn't work morning of last day.

On the second and last day of our stay, the pull up to activate the show was stuck so we were unable to shower. At least the desk clerk was calling maintenance so the next guests didn't have to endure the same issue.

Superb services and staff. Great restaurants on site with the exception of la cucina, the Italian one which did not have items on the menu that we wanted and offered us a reheated other than what we had ordered item. Very bad experince. Olea and the steakhouse were excellent though. J. W. Marriot is a gem!

Very nice hotel, i stayed in several different rooms, all were immaculate. I kept loosing my phone charger (my fault) and they helped me every time. I accidentally left some jewelery in my room, it was returned to me, they called me taxis when needed, the executive lounge had good food and very friendly service. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom spotless. Location is good, there are several restaurants open late located near by.

This hotel was amazing. Service was outstanding. The best I’ve had in a long time. We booked the family suite which included access to the executive lounge which included what was essentially free wine and light meal or hors d’oeuvres. Also included tea time in the afternoon. Highly recommend this hotel.
