Great hotel, friendly staff, perfect location. Only issue was I paid extra for a room with a balcony and I had to sign a waiver for them to unlock it for me. The balcony is tiny and the railing is less than 3ft (90cm) tall so I'm guessing at least one person has fallen over the side of it at some point. Other than that, had a great time!

Wonderful hotel and the staff really helpful. Rooms a high standard and food was delicious in the on site restaurant. Would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed

Beautiful hotel, very clean, nice food. All staff really friendly and helpful, especially Ranu who helped with maps, takeaway breakfasts and recommendations for places to visit. Only shame the pool facilities were closed for refurbishment but we were told of this ahead of time

2nd time i stay in this hotel and always good. Staff are amazing i got upgraded to a suite and received access to the club lounge. Always clean and nice the rooms. Gonna come back for sure.

Amazing hotel - opulent and with quite a history

Amazing hotel. Opulent well in excess of what I paid to stay there. If I travel to Bucharest again, I will stay here again.

wedding party with music all the way to my room. at 22:30 fromt desk suggested to move me. they should have put me in a room high up. check in wss a struggle too with receptionist force me to give her my card although ivpaid everything and stayed for one night with no intention to use or eat anything. in the morning the front desk manager was nice enough to get me an uber. the pool area is small and crumpt and wall us peeling . looks bad for 5 star hotel. overall, i slept 4 hours in a fancy room. across the streets there is another 5 stars hotel. i should have stayed there if i would know its such terrible experience
