Brand New Oceanfront condo in the HEART of Bucerias (Centro). Walk out the door to hit the beach OR enjoy endless restaurants, bars and live entertainment at your footsteps! High floor with a wraparound balcony opening to breathtaking, 180-degree ocean views. Automatic blinds (push a button, take in the views) with expansive sliding doors, give you a sensation of open space. Rooftop infinity pool, beach club access, elevator, gym, 24x7 security and private parking.
Bedrooms:
1. Primary Bedroom is 1 King with ensuite bathroom. Has balcony with mountain and ocean views, automatic blinds + Smart TV.
2. Secondary Bedroom is a custom-built bunk bed with a Queen on the top and a Queen on the bottom (Queen over Queen) with ensuite bathroom. Has balcony with mountain and ocean views, automatic blinds + Smart TV.
Construction -- The construction in our building has been completed. There is a new building going up on the South side of our building but our unit is on the North side. All of the construction in the new building is now happening inside it. There should be very little to no noise heard from construction.
Centro Location — The condo is situated in Bucerias's dynamic town center. It provides a unique opportunity to experience the vibrant local culture. You can expect an energetic ambiance, where the city's energy beats strong and the sounds of urban beach life create a truly immersive experience. Please note, nightlife and live music continue until about 11pm during the week and 2am on the weekend. It’s a very fun area!

Awesome Location!
The condo’s location is AMAZING! You step out the door and have access to everything you could ever want like coffee, breakfast, live music, beach clubs, fresh margaritas and beachfront restaurants. The views and sounds of the waves are awesome from the balcony. We would sit out at sunset and watch the whales! We cannot wait to come back later this year!
