Uno se siente inmerso en la belleza y tranquilidad de la naturaleza pues linda con el parque La Flora y la vegetación de la carretera vieja, hay muchas opciones para tomar aire libre y hacer deporte, ya sea caminar, montar bicicleta o nadar en la piscina del conjunto.

Y también hay acceso rápido a los Centros Comerciales de Cabecera y El Cacique donde hay bancos, restaurantes, oficinas médicas y supermercados y está a pocos minutos del connector que da acceso a las autopistas para desplazarse fácilmente a cualquier otra área de la ciudad.

Por ser un primer piso se siente como si fuera casa, tiene un jardín bonito y acceso directo a las áreas comunes como juego de niños, piscina y gimnasio
