Bad smell in garage. No porch light on entry door(possible code violation) .No handrails on steps (again possible code violation). Outside lights didn't work. Had fireplace but didn't work. (Owner said they couldn't get it fixed??) Main bedroom had no bathroom door (just a curtain...come on) Only 1 TV in whole house (which was kinda small). A chair and mirror would have been nice in main bedroom. No awning over garage entry door (only way in because front door lock didn't work properly...so we got wet 2 nights because of rain.) Other than that was a nice secluded property fairly accessible.
